Overview

Discover the best of self care, as well as the highlights of the area of the retreat you choose. As you retreat from a daily routine to connect to the peace within, that peace expands. With Peace Retreats, participants are guided on all aspects of wellness for body, mind and spirit while exploring highlights of nature in the area. Through guided meditation, yoga, qigong, massage, hydrotherapy and juice cleansing practices, one will feel the peace at the core of the true human essence. All of these activities are included in the Peace Retreat. Each retreat also includes serene nature settings, walks and activities that will enhance the complete experience. The dates selected for each location include ‘off season’ highlights of the area, which create serenity while maintaining opportunity for spectacular weather.

With professional reference staff of naturopathic medicine, qigong, acupuncture, nutritionist, seasoned massage therapy and sound healers, participants will experience and learn about the art of self care. This knowledge has been cultivated and packaged to guide participants on a complete juice cleanse to rejuvenate the body and awaken the soul. Participants are also guided into and out of the life-transforming cleanse prior to arriving and after leaving the retreat. Three days prior to – and post retreat, participants will receive guidance via videos and conference calls to ensure all questions and practices are cultivated with grace and ease.

Each retreat will vary depending on how remote the retreat location is and the interest of each participant. Please look to the Peace Retreat Contract to specialize your experience.

Topics

All guests will be sent a Preparation Package and Health Questionnaire once they have signed up. It must be filled out in its entirety including medications being taken including specific health challenges being faced currently or in the last 12 months.

6:00 – 8:30 am – Guided Meditation and Yoga
8:30 – 9:00 am – Silent self time
9:00 – 10:00 am – Juice Preparation/Breakfast and Demonstration
10:00 am – 12:00 pm – Spiritual Discussion/Nature Excursion/Lesson
12:00 – 1:00pm – Free Time
1:00 – 3:00pm – Lunch Juice Cleanse and Self Care Topic
3:00 – 4:30 pm – Massage, Spa, Colonic or Acupuncture Session
4:30 – 6:00 pm – Dinner (cleanse) Sustenance and Demonstration

Trip Essentials

Extended Retreats may have days with excursions in the area on certain days where the lunch cleanse may be taken to go. Is is important to bring a thermos of your choosing and re-usable water bottle that will not break.
